Hi Omar,
Via the AOT in Visual Studio, you can find Security policies where you can check it. If you don't have these skills, you can ask a developer to check it for you. As you get an error with "security policy" on creating new records, for sure your issue is caused by an active XDS policy.
Hi , Andre
Actually i checked the legal entity before and i created new privilege and assigned to it Inventlocation display menu item and the datasources table for this form including inventlocation Table and also can't see the data in the form ..
but i tried to create new record it gives an error security policy constrained
so how can i reach to the related XDS from the inventtable
If the user is not getting an error, check if is using the correct company. E.g. if data is setup in company USMF, but the user has opened the DAT company, the form might be empty.
If the user is in the correct company, it could also be related to a security policy. With the eXtensible Data Security (XDS) framework, access to individual warehouses might be restricted. If the user has the Retail Store Manager role assigned, there is a standard policy active. There can also be a customization where a security policy is added.
