Field Service - Send email message when appointment is set

Hello,

I have a requirement to send an email message when an appointment is set in field services. I am using the bookable resource booking entity start time to trigger the workflow, but I need to capture the email address from the Account and there is no relationship from Bookable Resource Booking.

Has anyone accomplished this in Field Services? Any help is appreciated

    Hi Hardik

    To do this you need to create the relationship, You could run a workflow that populated the BRB based on the Contract (or case if you are using them from a case)
