Dear all,
I setup an alert for customer transaction changed, and setup a batch process group.
How can I link this alert to the batch process group, and let system run it?

Hi Li Bo,
You can run alert batch processing and it they are two types, 1. Changed bases alerts, and due dates alert, to reach them please go to, System administration -> periodic -> Alerts.

Thanks for your reply. I'll try your suggestion. Before I do it, just wondering, if I setup many alerts, how does system know which alert I'll to run?
It works well. I didn't assign a batch server to batch group before.
