Mapping lookup on action

Hello ,

I have problem on mapping custom step output (entity ref )to lookup field on Crm action. its working on dev , but not on testing it is the same code the same steps same everything .I don't know if it caching issue or what. Anyone had the same issue before?

So, you have register a plugin on custom action and that custom action contains output parameters.

Please check below points:

1. Steps should be there.

2. Checked the trace? means it is getting triggered or not?

3. the code is properly running till output parameter code line.

4. Still if you can't find then check the solution layer. may be custom customized layer got merged with your plugin steps.

To clarify more i have created a step that take an input (string ) and output (entity ref) then i used that step on action and give it the input argument and i put that output on the lookup field. I have checked the plugin trace log and the return of the step is entity ref which is expected . the steps of the action are the same also. I don't know but i think it is a caching issue but don't how to resolve it till now .

I have tried the same scenario in a different action in the same environment and it works as expected.

Here is my step that take the string parameter :

the output of my step is mapped to lookup field on service request as below :

the same thing I do on the main action that I want it to be worked on .but it doesn't work .
