File field dynamics require access role

I created a file type field in my application, using powerapps, it works in my admin user but is grayed out and blocked in common users.
Is there a specific access role for this type of field? If yes, I did no t indentify which.

Hi Partner,

You can refer to the following two ways to achieve you goal:

1.“Field level security”:

You can restrict access to a field by creating a field security profile. After you create the profile, assign users and or teams to that profile, and set up specific read, create, or write permissions for the field.

My problem is specific to the file type field; This is how it works when you create the record on the fly, but users are unable to use the field in existing records.

Hi Partner,

What security roles are these regular users assigned to?

Are they created by the system or are they customised by you?

I need specific security role names to test in my environment to see if I can reproduce the problem.
