Error messages can be a little wonky. The first thing I'd do is make absolutely sure the field, identified as the key, is unique. If it's not that will cause problems. Then make sure that the attribute types on the fields in the relationships are of the same type. Next make sure that for whatever the entities are, that there aren't any corrupt records (go to the entities view, search for anything that matches "_corrupt" , it's possible that schema drift or corrupt records could cause a problem). It's possible a failure in saving caused a problem and there's still some metadata there referencing it. You can delete the relationship and try adding again for good measure. Also its possible there's a name that's being used in more than one place so just check the field names and make sure everything is unique there as well.
Hi, Bill
I checked them all.
However, nothing matched what you said.
What is the data model?
Is it Source Customers-->Orders --> Order History? in which case you'd need to have 2 relationships.
I created OrderToCustomer by linking only the source customer-->order, and the activity name was defined as "OrderHistory".
It's a very strange thing.
I set up the same process and the same relationship, but the tasks that were not possible 2-3 days ago are suddenly completed.
