Hi Community,

I have a salesperson that is not working more with us, but I want to keep him to statistic.

How I can do to archive the salesperson without delete him and not display in sales quote?

In this case SP-08

 

If you know how, please let me know, I will appreciate.

    my impression is you could rename the code to differentiate from active salesperson. I don't see you could deactivate a sales person using out of box functionality. Maybe you could opt to add a small customization to give what you want.

    Hi,

    This is required filtering the desired sales person list while lookup. so to achieve that you need to do some customization and put a Boolean field on Sales Person table and display on List, and mark against those person which you want to block for future use, and use that Boolean field while lookup this list. This Boolean field you can also use not to choose that sales person on any other documents
