Sales Order Status Query From CSU

Hi Experts,
 
is there any way to query the sales order status from CSU? 
How do we find out whether a Sales Order has been finalized or not ( from HQ and CSU/POS)?

    A Commerce Scale Unit (CSU) typically serves as part of the infrastructure supporting a commerce platform, but it may not provide a direct user interface for querying sales order status. Instead, the CSU is part of the back-end architecture that handles order processing and fulfillment, and you typically access sales order status information through a front-end interface such as a customer portal, point-of-sale (POS) system, or e-commerce website.
    To query the status of a sales order, you need to interact with an application or system that interacts with CSU.

    my other question is how to find out whether the Order is finalized. and what are the things we can do to finalize if the order is not finalized?
    is it gonna be a technical fix or a Functional one?
