Hi,
That error typically appears when trying to post only bad quantity (0 good quantity) on a production order that’s in a status where such posting isn’t allowed — usually "Reported as Finished" or "Ended".
Even though "Accept error" is enabled, you still need to ensure:
The production order status is in a state like "Started" or "Released"
The report as finished logic allows posting 0 good quantity — in some versions, it requires at least partial good quantity unless extended
You're not attempting to backflush or post routes in a way that conflicts with zero good output
Also check if the BOM line consumption or route operations are tied to output quantity — this can cause errors when the output is zero.
