Visit Report with HTML functionality polutes export to Word template

Dear team,

I have a customer with a Visit Report functionality built into CRM. Main info is filled out in a field type Multiple lines of text (10.000).

Our customer would like the info in this field displayed in HTML to make it more readable. Different solutions are on the market to implement this.

However when we then export the content to the Word template the company uses, the HTML tags are in the Word document as well.

Therefor 2 questions:

1. Is there a HTML solution to implement in CRM that does not polute the Word template when exported to it?

2. If no HTML solution is implemented, is there a way to keep the white spaces between lines/alineas as created in the CRM field (multiple lines of text(10.000)) when exported to the Word template?

At this moment all white spaces disappear in Word and one massive, unreadable textblock appears.

Looking forward to receiving your input!
