Book outlook appointment in business central saas

Hello All,

I have been able to save an appointment in outlook on Business central On-Premises using the following Codeunit:

My question is that I wanted to know how is this possible in Business central SaaS?

As I have try to use Microsoft flows but every time I'm getting error 504 (Gateway timeout)
