I have been exploring about Microsoft FastTrack for Dynamics 365. If someone who has already implemented it with FastTrack, it would be really helpful if they share their ideas. Thanks in advance.

FastTrack is only available for on-cloud migration:
Features this program offers:
--Guided Process to move to Dynamics 365 Online
--Provide customers with a validation service to assist with easy identification
--Provide customers with tooling that will automate platform level transformations.
--Guided mechanism
----Stage the Onpremise CRM in Azure IAAS infrastructure
----Run checks to ensure the customer org is in supported state
----Migrate the CRM from Azure to Dynamics 365 CE in your Office 365 Tenant
Overall process looks like this:
You have to Nominations through FastTrack Nomination portal and once that is approved, then MS will assign a Manager/Specialist who will work with your team.
Actual code fixes will be done by custom team only, however PM will provide end to end support. Help in post migration activities etc.

Did you use FastTrack for your migration?
I have Dynamics CRM 2016 On Premise (own Datacenter), no Azzure.
I don´t know if I can use FastTrack.
