Budget Control Warning and Error

Is it possible to have a warning on purchase requisitions when the item exceeds the budget so that the workflow will occur but an error on purchase orders when the item exceeds the budget so that it is not confirmed?

    Hi, please make sure in Budget Control Configuration page that at least ‘Budget reservations for encumbrances’ and ‘Budget reservations for pre-encumbrances’ are marked. The details are mentioned in the MS document:
