Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

Artifacts from Dynamics Connector

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

We have switched a client from using the Connector to integrate GP and Dynamics CRM to using another integration tool.  I am not sure how the Connector was 'disabled' but we are finding that when an Account is updated the Address 2 Name in CRM is being set to the value of the Address Integration Key field.  The other tool is not mapped to do anything with the Address 2 field so we're thinking there are still triggers or objects in play from the Connector.  Any ideas on how to completely disable the Connector?
