Hi all,
I have an issue when qualifying a lead, I get the prompt below to ask which records I want to create, I change them all to be "Yes" but then the Account will not create as in the second screenshot below. The contact and the opportunity are creating fine, but not the account. There are no existing accounts/leads/opportunities/contacts for this lead. It did work on one lead back on 22/07/20 but since then has now has stopped working and I don't know why. Any ideas?

Thank you all so much for your help, I have now found the cause of the error. Our developers had created another "Company" field unbeknown to me which meant that the real Company field which is required to create an account wasn't being filled in. This is the reason the account wasn't being created.

The workflow is exactly as it is on the default, we did change one of the stages in the process flow in Sandbox but then removed this and restored the system to a previous date when that step wasn't in the process flow, to try and fix the error.
The account is not created anywhere on the system.
The screenshot was just showing the options we have - we change them all to "YES" and would expect account, contact, and opportunity to be created. Contact and Opportunity are being created, but Account is not.

1. Yes all leads have this error in the live system - in Sandbox the error does not occur
2. There is no data in the Existing Account field
3. There are no duplicate accounts
4. Yes the problem still exists when changing this setting

The modification of the display name should not affect the mapping.
Please check these.
1. Do all Leads have this error?
2. Does "Existing Account?" field in the BPF contain data?
3. Does the value of the "Registered Company Name" field duplicate the name of an existing Account?
4. If you temporarily turn on "Auto-create records for newly qualified leads", does this problem still exist?
5. Have you registered any plugins and workflows for the Account entity? This may prevent the creation of Account.

Can you check and confirm if you have any workflow/plugins registered on Account entity which might be throwing exception and not allowing to create Account?
Also, check If Account is created in system but not assciated to Opportunity.
As per your screenshot, you selected no option in opportunity and yes in Account and Contact but still opportunity record is getting created how?

I have done this and the mapping is there as you have described - Source Name is companyname and Target Name is name. In the Source Display Name column it says Company Name - could the error be because we have changed the display name of this field to be Registered Company Name instead of just Company Name?

We need to check the mapping of the relationship between Lead and Account.
Go to Customizations > Account > 1:N relationships, edit account_originating_lead.
Click Mappings, check if there is a mapping whose Source Name is companyname and Target Name is name.
If not, new this mapping.
Hi Hao, yes there is the company name in the Company field, although we have changed the name of that field to be "Registered Company Name" and added a second field called "Trading As Name" because the company might have a different trading name to the registered name
