    Hi,

When do you get this error? You will need to provide a lot more details for us to help you. Firstly, what is the trigger of this issue? Is it on a specific entity form load, a button, an action, etc.? Secondly, please confirm which version of Dynamics 365 CRM are you using and which interface? Is this D365 Cloud or on-premise and are you using web client or Unified client interface.

    Regards

Hi Nidnani, thank you for using the Dynamics Communities.  I am glad that you were able to resolve the issue.  Here is some useful information if you encounter this type of error in the future.  Since this error message doesn't provide any details it is difficult to know where to start.  Using docs.microsoft.com/.../monitor-and-troubleshoot-dynamics-365 you can enable trace logs to be created for you to review and get more details about the error message.
