I am trying to find a way within standard AX 2012 R3 to set up a first article inspection on all parts.  I was hoping that by setting up the sampling plan in the quality order setup as shown below that only the first receipt of a part number would spawn a quality order.  However each time I have a new PO, a new quality order is created.  Has anyone figured out how to just have a quality order generated upon the first receipt of a part and never again?

    Can you please keep quality association -> event type and execution values are blank and try...? I have not tried this option on my own...

    You cannot leave the event type and execution values blank, it gives an error when trying to save the record.

    Looks like we have to go with code modification to achieve your requirement
