    Do you have co-products?
    On the formula under co-products... What percentage are you allocating to the product?

    Is the item number in your above error message is set as planning item under Product master->Formula tab->Formula planning->Production Type-> check this value should be based on your previous BOM|formula setup.

    If this is currently set as planning item, Please change to formula and try.

    this items number  is raw material and production type is "None"

    HI Chaianan,

    Can you compare similar nature item & this item. from the screen i can see the setup is in-complete, as the route menu is enabled but not BOM or Formula. Correct the setup issues and than try.

    This items is no bom or fomula , just raw material items
