I have a feeling that you're missing a setup in your assortment. Can you send a screenshot of the assortment lines screen?
It sounds like you haven't assigned a retail channel to the assortment before processing it. That also means you may not have added the retail channel to the organization hierarchy and published it with an appropriate date.
So a screenshot of the assortment that looks like this would be nice:

I can not see products in the Retail channel but am able to see Assortments. in Assortments I have added products also but in View Assortment Products and View Channel Products screens, I can NOT see products

Hi Murthy,
For products, have you set up your assortment and processed the assortment? Can you see the products when you navigate to the retail channel?
For customers, have you associated the customers with the proper address book/s that you created and assigned on your retail channel?
Also, make sure to push the 1010 (customers) and 1040 (products) job. I would recommend doing a full sync from the channel database group to make sure all data is synchronized.
