I hope you are well. Is there a way to allow non CRM licence holders to track emails within CRM itself. Obviously for all active licence holders we user the Outlook Plugin tool and it works great!
However, we have several client facing staff members who would benefit from being able to track their emails in the CRM, but really do not warrant having a licence outright.
I can only assume that this type of issue is relatively common. Does anyone know of a work around for this? Be it free or an additional plugin we can pay for?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same question (0)You have to purchase license for all the users who want to use CRM. Non- CRM users cant't track emails.
