Purchase Order Fully Receipted But Items Still Appearing in Net Requirements

HI ,

I have a Purchase order which is closed off, and the delivery remainder is zero, but for one of the items the quantity is still appearing in the NET requirements.

This is one example it's also happening on a number of sales orders.

Would like to get rid of the requirements, is there a update or script which anyone has , to remove the net requirments ?

Thanks in advance,

Going into this a bit deeper it looks like the following

    1. PO line created (stock transaction created in the background) InventTrans/InventTransOrigin

    2. PO line was Confirmed

    3. PO line was the deleted after

    4. Stock Transaction looks like it was left in the background tables  InventTrans/InventTransOrigin

So even though the PO has been fully receipted , the InventTrans entry is still open.

That is why it's appearing on master planning

So it looks like the table needs cleaned up in the background (InventTrans/InventTransOrigin)

    Hi D Feely,

Have you seen that record actually in InventTransOrigin and InventTrans tables?

I know it exists still in PurchLine even though you delete the line after you confirm it once, it just flags it as deleted when you delete a confirmed PO line.

yes it exists in both the Invent Trans tables, just looks like something went wrong with the integrity of the data.

I have manually removed the invent trans records and now the master planning jobs are behaving correctly

    So all good.

    Thanks for you replies.
