I have built reports using Excel Report Builder. I work for a big University and the reports are for non-GP users. Do they need access to the dynamics database to access these reports? The first report was deployed today and when the user tried to open the report he got the error message "user doesn't have access to dynamics database."

Sounds like the reports are setup to use WIndows Authentication. You will need to go into SQL and map these domain users to the database by clicking on the DYNGRP.
