Not able to Add Picking Line on Sales Order

Hi,

We have a sales order with multiple lines, all lines have a status of Picked except 1 item 000216 which has the status of "reserved physical".

I want to pick item 000216 on the sales order by clicking Update line > Pick. However, the system is not adding any line when I click the +Add picking line button. So, I am not able to pick this line.
