I have a client who is using Dynamics SL 7.0 SP3 and reported a System Message 15002 yesterday. Message reads "The entered sub account format doers not match the format definition". They are receiving this message when attempting to use Copy Special to create inventory items based on existing items.  I am also told that someone recieved same error when creating new customer. As far as I can tell nothing has changed with setup? Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated.

    Hello RGRII,

I would first take a look at your Flexkey Definition for your subaccounts.  That is in the Shared Information Module.  Open the Flexkey Definition screen, F3 on the Field Type and select Subaccount.  Note how many segments you have and their length.  Then look at the subaccount that is being pasted into the screen.  Does it match the definition you have set up in Flexkey Definition?

Let me know what you find.
