What I can do, is :
Create a custom solution directly via the CRM browser interface and using various tools of the sdk to deploy plugins, web resources, etc..
Then export it and I will have a solution file.
Is this the only way or can I do this right out of Visual Studio?

Hi Hans, Yes the Dynamics CRM SDK includes a Solution Packager and Package Deployer in the C:\SDK\Bin and \Tools folder that allows you to do this, the following article will help you;
