In-place upgrade an existing AX 2012 R3 CU12 to CU13 problem

Hi, I want to upgrade my AX Dev environment to CU13 but I got problem with upgrade installer

1) I download "Update installer for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3" from LCS site, extract file and run with local administrator account , I got problem at Download and install updates page, show "No internet connection found. Please verify that your internet connection is available."

- try test on other computer with full access internet -> fail

- try change default application to IE or Edge - > fail

2) I download CU13 slipstream package and merge it with update installer, I can choose model store but I can't click next show "Update package model can only be installed by using slipstreaming with setup.exe"  Note ** last year I can upgrade CU10 to CU12 with slipstream package.

    Hi, I faced with exactly the same issue today. In addition I would like to say that I already have another CU13 instance on that server, so the previous time server settings were good to install it. I will appreciate if someone could help us resolve this.

    This TLS1.2 issue, the update installer has to use TLS1.2 for HTTPs requests. There is a ticket on LCS for this issue, which is not resolved yet.

    Hi,

    I´m facing the same Problem. Is there now a solution available or what Kind of workaround shell I use?

    I try to upgrade a RTM tu CU13 and I am not able to download the data package. Is there another way to download this package separatly?

    Has anyone tried to fix TLS 1.2 on the server ? Or is the installer to be fixed ? Thanks.

    Hi, I downloaded the CU13 Slipstream package and merged it with the upgrade installer. After this merge no data package is needed anymore.

    Download the latest one from LCS -> Your CU12 project area -> Updates section. If you download from this location, it should work.

    Excuse me, I have downloaded slipstream package from Lcs project area for upgrade to CU13, but how to do merge with installation program ?

    I'd like tu update my current enviroment, not reinstall.
