you can use security tools to achieve that

Does the user have the 'System user' role?

The role you assigned - did you link it with a specific company? When adding roles in AX2012 you can either assign them in all companies or in specific companies.

shyamal, the title, the body of your question and tags are three different things; putting the same text to all three makes little sense.

The title should be a brief description of the topic; don't try to put the whole story there.

Tags are used for further categorization of your question, e.g. "security role" could be an appropriate tag. If you're not sure, keep it empty; something like "i add role to some user in ax and then user can not see ax" clearly isn't a good category.

And please make sure that you explain your problem properly in the body section. It's hard to guess what you mean by "to see ax", for example. We can't help you if you fail to tell us what you want.

    Hi shyamal,

At least you should tell in your body which role you did grant to this user. Is it a standard or custom role? What menu item does the user need to open? "Can not see ax" is too vague.

Like Mahmoud suggested, you can use the security development tool to see if the role has access to the menu item which is missing for the user.
