Chart Design - Count:Empty?

Hi All,

Could anyone point me in the right direction on how to show Count:Empty in a chart? For example, below I have a queue with the Worked By field. It has the options of Count:non-empty and Count:All but it is missing Count:empty? I need to show count:empty and count:non-empty to show a count of queue items being worked on and not worked on. Thought it was going to be an easy chart to make up but ...
