Rollback Unified Service Desk 4.1 to Unified Service Desk 3.3

Hi Team, I am new in Unfied service desk and wanted to know the approach to rollback Unified Service Desk 4.1 to Unfied Service Desk 3.3 back.

Currently I have Unifed Service Desk 3.3 on Dynamic CRM365 and I wanted to upgrade it with USD4.1 Which is acctually upgradeing following solutions on Dynamic365.

1) DynamicUnifiedServiceDesk 3.0.0.859

2) UIIForMicrosoftDynamicCRM2011 3.6.0.859

1) DynamicUnifiedServiceDesk 4.1.1.1397

2) UIIForMicrosoftDynamicCRM2011 4.1.1.1397

Now I wanted to know the best way to again rollback to USD3.3. Please suggest.

Hi,

Let me start off by asking the question, is there a particular reason you would like to downgrade it to 3.3?

We always recommend using the latest version installed for USD.

To answer your question, downgrading is USD "is not possible". In order to get back to version 3.3, you would need to uninstall the current version of USD that you have. After that, install the version you desire.

If you try to run the installation of 3.3, for example, onto a machine containing a version 4.1, you will receive an error message explaining the same thing.
