I'm trying to edit the dashboard in Customer Service. I used the path
Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Customization -> Customize the System -> Dashboard.
Now when I click Customer Service Agent Dashboard to edit it. I get a screen where I can select a particular box and use edit component button to set it's properties.
I've changed the panel header color and Label just to see if I get the changes. I saved it and came out of that page and I reselected the dashboard and published it.
From here when I'm going back to the home screen, I can't see those changes reflecting on the home page. Why??
I'm tired of doing the same thing again and again and I can't see any solution for it on internet.
Kindly help me out.
