Publishing a form on Dynamics 365

Hi,

I am testing Dynamics 365 and created a simple Solution with one form that has few fields. I published the form with no issues, but I can't see the form anywhere on the CRM Navigation. What am I missing? I marked the Solution to be visible under Sales and Services, but I can't see it there. I am doing everything using the system Administrator account.

A new entity, or a new form for an existing entity?

If it is a new entity, you might need to force refresh your browser to get the new navigation. Also, you can just look in Advanced Find for your new entity if you're just testing it.

If it's a new form for an existing entity, open an existing entity record and in the upper left you can choose which form you want to see.

Thanks for a quick response. I added a new solution and within that new solution, I added a new Form. I can't see this form anywhere.

I logged out and back in. Still I can't see it.

What entity did you add the new form to? The solution is not important.

Here is a guide on how to setup and configure forms:

Note that you need to configure the form order. And if you have multiple main forms active you can switch them in the form header/content area at the top left via dropdown.
