I have tried to disable all the activityfeed plugins in my CRM for that entity but that entity doesn't have any active plugins.

its okay crm online plugin trace not necessarily will have logs - i was just checking.

I cant able to generate the trace log in 3rd party tool and also in the CRM and i dont know what is the issue.
One doubt.
If i delete the logs of the 3rd party XRM tool box will it get deleted in the CRM also?

I would check if you have any real-time workflow and see if that fails.
You get this error when something fails in the same transaction but executed by different bit of code like plugin or CWA or real-time workflow.
I would first make sure there are no RTWF running that fails.
It may also be worth checking any Business Rule applied at Server level
