    Hi,

What does the hard reload (close and open Ax) do ? Do you find the PO 47 ? It seems to be a duplicate as the message says.

    Hi,

Thanks for your instant reply. If i do the hard reload, the PO 47 is been present but no lines are created. The lines are blank, but the status is in open order.

And by adding a line again, the message still occurs ?

What about adding a line for another item ?

Is the PO a interco or direct delivery PO ?

Can you consider deleting the PO and creating it again?

Yes Yohann, I am not able to add a line since the same error pops up, if i delete that PO and create a new one still the error occurs. Its a direct delivery PO.

So you should have something wrong with that line in your database.

If you create a brand new PO without any link with your original SO, do you have an issue or not ?

Try to clear your user cache (*.auc files ), reset usage data and if possible an AOS reboot. If that does not help then it could be an issue with your system sequence of this table , refer to below blog

    https://stoneridgesoftware.com/updating-the-next-rec-id-sequence-in-dynamics-ax/

Also worth checking if there is any customization in your system which can cause this.

    Hope this helps.

Try what Rachit adviced about auc files, usage data and AOS reboot.

You may also try a full CIL.

You can test with care changing the number sequence linked to SO line, I think there is something wrong in it.
