Product receipt for PO with Letter of credit

I have apply charges of freight on line of Po for letter of credit and try to receive the product.

following message appear.

"The total amount (550.00) of the product receipt for order SLM-PO-000000385 is not equal to the shipment amount (1,150.00) of letter of credit shipment "

Please suggest if some know about this error.

    Hi,

    What selection have you made when posting the product receipt?

    Have you tried posting the complete quantity or only part of it?

    When did the error message pop up exactly? After adding the charges or re-approving the PO?

    Would be great if you could clarify.

    Hi Adil Mansoor,

    I believe the issue is that your Product receipt amount doesn't match to your shipment amount. It seems that product receipt amount 550 $ - amount without freight, and on the your shipment amount you have set 1150 $ - amount with freight (check Manage tab on the Action pane > click Letter of credit / import collection > Lines tab > Amount field).

    One of the workaround might be: create separate charges where Debit type = ledger and Credit type = ledger and apply to PO.

    The second option would be:

    Try to configure posting of the charges at the time of Product receipt posting by following the article below (Keep in mind that there is KB involved)
