    Hello,

    Have you tried to export solution using different browser? Does it work fine when you export non-default solution?

    Yes, I have tried IE 7,8 and chrome as well.

    Yes, I have tried with other non-default solutions all are exporting well.

    Do we have any xrm tool or anything where I can get help to export this default solution?

    Tin,

    That looks like a bug for me. Obviously you can open a ticket with Microsoft and ask for support but I believe you will get answer that is similar to following - you should not use Default solution to export customizations at all. Question here - why don't you want to create a solution and place all of your customizations inside and export it?

    I can create a separate solution as well but this default solution I need to sare with one of my team to take backup and will use this in some other instances.

    Yes agreed need to open ticket, but MS also not responding :) so thought to ask here. I need to fix this ASAP as we are stuck in somewhere we can't wait.

    Tin,

    I'm afraid that you will get exactly the same answer from Microsoft - don't use Default, create a solution and place your customizations inside, use it afterwards.

    Yes, Andrew you are correct. but anyhow I need a default solution so just trying my luck if by any chance I can get it.

    Hi,

    Not sure if it is really related to this, but it is worth a try if you have SLAs;

    • deactivate all SLAs in the solution and export it
    • activate all SLAs in the solution and export it
    • delete SLAs if they are not needed and export the solution

    Regards,
