I am trying to tidy up my supplier accounts in AX2012, however there are some credit notes that are processed against PO's that aren't appearing on the PWP screen & therefore can't be released to allocate.
Can anyone advise how I can do this please?

yes they are project related & linked to a PO

Have you recorded the credit note through an approval journal or directly via the PO form? I am asking this because there are a number of issues related to journal based postings with Pay When Paid.
Can you let us know your exact AX2012 version and build no?
