We created a new picture successfully using Resources > Pictures > New, and we can add the logo to the report.  However, when we go to print it either from RW or from GP we get this error - Picture Resource not found for Report

We have found that a restart of GP often resolves this matter.  Not sure if you did this or not - but when ever we add 'custom' text or graphics, we always restart GP and do not encounter this error.

In addition, if you are editing the report on a different workstation from the one that you are trying to test the printing feature, we have found that you often need to be out of RW before the 'save' fully takes effect and that other workstations - users - can see the change.

I am assuming that the security for the report is already modified and that is not the cause of the problem.

Let me know if this helps.

I have the same problem. Did you find a solution ? I cannot print my PO anymore. I have played a lot with the PO template when this error happened. I have close and restart GP and also rebooted my computer without success.

    Please help.

I had the same problem and I found out that there was pictures without references on my report template. I had deleted a picture name inside the library without previously  deleting the pictures inside my report.

Open Report Writer then on the Modified Reports, click on your custom reports and press the Validate button. You will probably see errors.

Open your Modified Report and on the Properties menu, scroll down until you see Pictures Unknown. Clicked on this property and cut (Ctrl-X) the invisible object.

Re-validate your Report to see if there is any error.

    Cheers!
