We are currently using GP9 with RC4 encryption and our credit card processor, PAYPAL PAYFLOW, has blocked our entire company from their system because of the RC4 Encryption. Is there a way to update from RC4 without going to GP10 as a temporary fix. This is a Legacy system that we will not be using by the end of this year.

That depends greatly on which ISV product you are using for credit card processing. You maybe able to reach out to them and ask if they ever created an updated encryption protocol for this older version of GP.
