Received the following while processing payment selection ...

Background: We've been on Dynamics SL 2011 SP1 since September 2012. This issue has never been encountered before. Has anyone seen this and know the cause?

The cause of this was a duplicate refnbr in APDoc and APTran.

Hi Terri,

I did find some other cases with this error.

Log into Database Maintenance as the SA user and then run the sync all ownership and security scenario.

Database Maintenance will likely be found under the Control Panel>Administrative Tool.
