We are using landing pages for creating new contacts and subscription center for managing already subscribed contacts.
However, when we send an email with a link to the subscription center marketing page to a contact ALREADY REGISTERED in CRM, there are two possible outcomes:
We cannot verify your contact information. Make sure cookies are not blocked or use the unsubscribe link in your email.
Is this a bug or we are missing something?
Can we use subscription centers for contacts created without any marketing form submission?

Once a contact is an existing record in CRM and he/she opens SC via the link of marketing email, the SC shall works.(Contact can be created either from the form or with CRM directly.)
For example, SC will work in such of situation: create a contact in CRM directly -> create a segment for him -> add the segment to a customer journey and go live the journey -> the contact opens the email link, so there is nothing particularly worthy for us to pay attention to.
