Hello community,

Has anyone used the adding code tool from email designer?

I tried to add code for a countdown clock and it didn't work. Any insight would be great.

Hi Graham,

It seems that countdown clock is actually a gif image, and the time in image is calculated by backend service.

There are some 3rd party services for us to add countdown clock, I tried Sendtric, it is free.

We just need to copy the gif URL and embed it to image element of email.
