Mobile Offline configuration

Hi,
I try to enable the mobile offline configuration through my CRM instance (Settings==>Administration), but i can't see the option.

    Thanks for your feedback.

    I followed all steps, but i can't found the button to enable mobile offline.

    i have just a button to choose the welcome page for the app

    Hi happyman,

    Are you trying it in your trial crm environment??

    if yes, then you wont be able to do it.

    You can only enable offline sync in a production environment. (Trials, previews and sandbox organizations are not supported.)

    Then i think you need to contact Microsoft, because with the above link, you should be able to configure it.

    Did you solve this? I face the same thing in a production instance for v9 custom app (well, any app actually UCI or not)

    We had the same issue and learnt from Microsoft support that mobile offline is not available for new customers. Please refer to  docs.microsoft.com/.../readme-9.

    Exactly. New customers could not able to switch their mobile compatibility to offline till the end of 2'nd Quarter of 2019. If you are an existed offline tenant then you are all good to go.
