SOP Long Invoice Form - add Ship to Contact Name from line item on invoice line detail

I have a customer that imports their sales invoice information and has mapped the Line item Ship To Address Contact Name to a Physician Name, This name needs to print for each line item in the body of the invoice. I can't find a way to get this on the invoice and I think I need a calculated field, but I don't know how to set one up to pull this information.

Can any one point me in the right direction? By the way, this was working but the originally modified form blew up and we lost any good backup.

hi Deborah,

I just want to confirm where the contact person is showing. If I understand you correctly, click Transactions, sales, sales transaction entry, select the invoice. On the line item, click the arrow to the right of Ship to Address ID to open the Sales Ship to Address Entry window. Here is the contact field you would like to add.

If so, this is in the Sales Transaction amounts work table for the line item (SOP10200) so it would just be a matter of dragging this field into the line item section of the invoice. From the toolbox, select the Sales Transaction Amounts work table and drag the Contact person into the h2 section. It should print that lines data.
