New incoming call opens in a new window instead of new tab on Chrome

Hi!
I use Dynamics for handling non stop roadside assistance, and I've updated Chrome to its newest version and all incoming calls are opening in new windows instead of new tabs.
Any tips on how to get it to open them in tabs again? Thx!
