I am working with a company that receives fax orders from their customers. They would like to intengrate it into their CRM system. They currently have Lync but only use it as an IM tool and are on an analog phone system. They are a small company so they are on a limited budget. I would like to push them to use Lync and dump the analog phones however I cannot seem to find anything about receiving faxes, there are plenty of add-on's out there that integrate Lync and CRM but I can't seem to find any information on receiving faxes.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
