Email PO without word template

Hi,

Currently we are using modified report for PO printout. I've plan to use email function in GP to send the same PO format to supplier. 

But when I test, I can only emailed my standard PO printout. Is there any choice that I don't have to modify my PO format in word template? 

I'm using GP2013.

    If you are asking if the GP email system will e-mail the Report Writer report, I think the answer is no. If you have Adobe Standard (not just the reader) installed on your system, you can print it to screen and then e-mail it from the screen print.
