I have created 2 trial accounts for my customer, and I want to delete one (CRM environment has not been configured yet).
How can I do this?

Do you mean that you spun up two CRM Online 30 day trial accounts? If so just ignore the one you don't need anymore. It will eventually go away on it's own. If you did add some users to that account then just disable their user account by removing any security roles associated with their user account in CRM.
