Finding accounts with no activity last 3 weeks?

Hello!

I am trying to make a advanced find to use in my dashboard but not really getting it to work. What I want to do is get a list with all accounts that havent had a case/phone call registered created last 3 weeks? Is this possible? I have tried to made an advanced search with Accounts > Cases (customer) Older than 3 weeks but that didnt really work :)

Anyone know how to do this?

Hi,

You can't do it out of the box, but there's a free add-on called Intelligent Query that will let you do it. Using the advanced find, you can look for things like accounts without an open case, etc.

It's available from the App Source at appsource.microsoft.com/.../cobalt.369337d7-2c59-4a6c-bcd5-529cf74d93e1

or if you can't install from App Source, directly from Cobalt at www.cobalt.net/.../cobaltintelligentquery

Thanks for fast reply. I have downloaded the plugin but not really sure how to add the timeframe. For example, if I create a advanced search where case does not contain data. Cases does not contain data and not have a created case the last 3 weeks?

Intelligent Query is great, however I had issues with users being unable to log in to the mobile/tablet apps when we had it installed, so it's worth pointing that out - www.cobalt.net/crm-iq-known-issues-fixes-workarounds

Hi,

It looks like you need to change your query to Case "Does Not Contain Data". Otherwise I think you're good to go.

Ryan,

You're correct that there are a few issues with the add-on. The tool runs on the RetrieveMultiple event in CRM, and there are cases where that isn't used, such as in reports. Depending on your needs it might be perfect, might not do the job.
