How can we give our managers the ability to see an employee's complete timecard?

We recently upgraded our SL 6.5 to SL 2011. In our old version we were able to add the ability for a manager to view an employee's complete time card. We are configured for“Project Manager Line Item”approvals. Which is what we need for our environment but we have a need to managers to be able to view the entire timecard of an employee. In SL 6.5 we were able to modify the file "tmwtr00.asp" to add a link that gave us this view. Now that SL2011 is in .net how can we provide this same functionality or at least how can we give our managers the ability to see an employee's complete timecard?

Aaron, the file tmwtr00.asp is still a classic asp page, so it can be customized as before.
