Site Builder Extensions Error

Whenever I try to save and publish my site extensions, I receive this error message:

"Request PUT v1/itk-ecom-demo-web/sites/MA1drs/applicationsettings failed with status 400.

Missing referenced documents.

Document has references 'IDNMA1iEv (uriVariant)' which no longer exists, please remove them before continuing."

It's not apparent what this error message is referring to. Does anyone else have any ideas?
